We had the pleasure of having our company Christmas Party at No 124 last week. It was fabulous. We were in the Courtyard private dining room. We had organised arrival drinks which worked perfectly. The tables were decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations and crackers. The food was delicious and they went the extra mile to accommodate our every need. Everyone who attended all said how great the meal was. The serving staff were brilliant and attentive to our needs. Cara the Events Coordinator has been amazing at working with me to organise the perfect event for our team. Thank you to you and your amazing team. If you are looking for a venue for an intimate and cosy event, this is the place.

We had a wonderful time at No. 124 Brighton. We booked a large sea view room which was ideal for our family (2 adults and 2 infants). Beyond the stunning room with incredible view of the old pier and the delicious food and cocktails and, the staff made us feel so welcome - the reception and concierge staff really stood out. We will be booking again next time we visit Brighton.

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel from the minute we arrived. Greeted by Diego (I think!) who was lovely. The decor and art work and ambience were perfect. Chic and cosy and finished to a standard i rarely see in the UK. Our room, the best one they have i believe was magical and romantic. Wonderful Windows to the sea. We visited the pantry for complimentary pick n mix and enjoyed lovely cocktails from the extremely capable Martin. My only feedback... change the lemon/lime in the bar for real fruit. The standard of your offering otherwise is sublime.

Stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay. Hotel is immaculate and the room’s are unbelievably comfortable. Staff ensure you want for nothing and the space smacks of class in every room you walk into. Breakfast is well worth booking in for in the hotel’s restaurant, with very attentive waiting staff also. We will be returning and also look forward to trying out the other locations under this brand in Margate and York.

No.124 Guesthouse is absolutely stunning — beautifully decorated and full of warmth, with the perfect cosy, wintery vibe. Our large sea-view room did not disappoint, with breathtaking views that were a real highlight of our stay. The complimentary pantry stocked with drinks and snacks was a lovely touch, available whenever you like. The customer service was second to none. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, and while there was a small mix-up with a congratulatory card on arrival, the team went above and beyond by gifting complimentary sleep body oil for both me and my partner, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Downstairs, the lounge is a relaxed and welcoming space where you can unwind and even play board games. We’ll definitely be staying again and hope to try the spa next time. Highly recommend No.124 for a romantic getaway.

Very chic boutique hotel chain. No 124 in Brighton, No 42 Margate, No 15 Bath and No 1 in York...all similar but have their uniqueness as well. I have stayed at No 42 and No 124. Both are delightful, relaxed, homey and spacious! Beautiful decors dotted all around, from the entrance to the rooms and everywhere else. The hotel colour palette is adaptable and calm. Oh the coper bath spa and treatment rooms...just tranquil! The guests at the desk were attentive and helpful, the pantry here was loaded with snacks and drinks. There are meeting rooms for small to medium size meetings, bars both upstairs and in pearly cow restaurant. The restaurant service is 'a la carte' including at breakfast. Good size breakfast portions which was sensational but took a while before it came out (if you order about 20-30mins prior, you will be fine) Private dinner served some really great sharing platters that was fresh & delicious. Mordern chic rooms facing the sea with lovely views, absolutely beautiful! The hotel is right opposite the Brighton i360 The rooms had quaint accessories like the old style disc player, binoculars, fresh newspaper daily. Everything is provided including slippers, robes, towels. Though the bathroom space was a tad small but the shower pressure is awesome! Overall, I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely highly recommend

Perfect Birthday Stay! Our stay was absolutely beautiful — the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. Everything was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, and we felt so well looked after by the amazing staff. A special mention to Jamie and Diego at the front desk, who were so friendly, accommodating, and lovely to chat with. The room was incredible — we both gasped when we walked in because the view was breathtaking! All the little touches made it feel extra special. We loved the help-yourself pantry, the bar downstairs, and breakfast at The Pearly Cow — everything we could possibly need was right at our fingertips. We spent the weekend exploring the lanes and strolling along the beach, which was just perfect. To finish our trip, we visited the Spa, which might have been my favourite part. I truly think it was the best massage I’ve ever had! Huge thanks to Lisa and Charlotte, who were so kind and made us feel completely relaxed and cared for. Every single person we met was genuinely lovely — from the bartender who made me a Tommy’s Margarita (and shared some fun history about the cocktails) to the breakfast server with the fun Halloween nails who brightened our morning. We honestly can’t wait to come back or try another GuestHouse location — it’s become one of our absolute favourites and a top recommendation to everyone we know!

I stayed at No.124 GuestHouse for 3 nights while attending a work conference in Brighton, and my experience could not have been better. The interiors were beautiful and finished to a high standard throughout - from the reception, bar, restaurant and the hotel room itself. Everywhere was very clean and always smelled lovely too. The bed was super comfortable, and the room had a lovely cosy feel with ambient lighting. The breakfast service was the best I’ve experienced at the hotel, and all staff at the hotel reception and in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The pantry of snacks was a great touch too. I look forward to visiting again and experiencing the other guest house hotels around the UK.
